If you have a different insurance, I would be an out-of-network provider. To help you obtain reimbursement, I will provide you with documentation about your diagnoses, treatments, and my fees. If you are planning to obtain reimbursement using out-of-network benefits, you should call your insurance company prior to starting treatment to determine the answers to the following questions:
- Do you have out of network mental health benefits?
- What is your mental health deductible, and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year are covered?
- When does the coverage end or begin?
- What is the coverage amount per session?
- Is pre-authorization required to see Abigail Riggs? If yes, from whom?
